Through fruiHMS EMR, one can conclude immediately on the minimum costing item from a large database of items of similar specifications & order it, resulting in saving revenue on every purchase. Minimum stock level notifications and barcoding of the items can be configured for better and faster actions.

Inventory module deals with Purchase of Items, Issue of Items, Maintenance of Stock, Automatic Reorder level Setting, Online request for stock from various sub-stores, Online stock transfer, maintenance of stock at different sub-stores, Physical stock verification and adjustment, Return of items to supplier etc.

Point of Sales (PoS)

fruiHMS PMS takes care of the Point-of-Sale activity faster and better. The customer billing can be done with ease by scanning the product and the corresponding price is automatically captured from the price lists. The Insurance part can be automatically deducted, and a separate report is delivered for insurance payments and reconciliation. Master data of patients is integrated to HMS and the prescriptions can be accessed from the Pharmacy. The sales invoice is printed, and payment gateways are integrated. The history reports and analytics of sales can be viewed through dashboards.
